WOD: Run, Clean and Jerk, Muscle-Up

This is a max effort WOD, which means you get to decide the weight and max effort movements. Create a strategy that will allow you to push through all the rounds, but still maintain intensity. If you don’t have muscle-ups, or don’t have room in the garage, substitute for max effort pull-ups then ring-dips. I will be using a purple band for the ring dips, keeping it loose and looking for shoulders to touch the rings.
