WOD: Weighted Sit-up, Good Morning, Overhead Squat

Not a terrible combo, but should make you break a sweat. Hold on to a bumper while doing sit-ups to add an extra challenge. Good mornings are like a rest, and the overhead squat will take the rest of what’s left in the gas tank. Can we say 12 rounds in 12 minutes???
