WOD: Weighted Dumbbell Walking Lunges, Double-Unders, Ring-Dips

This was a lot of fun. The weighted lunges are not included in WOD’s very often. They are a leg KILLER, and pack a punch. You will learn to love the soreness for at least two days! Use a band or box dips as subs for ring dips.
