WOD: Wallball, Run

50 reps of wallballs x 5??? Suddenly these two exercises are not so benign. We can do this! We have done the classic vacation WOD of run/squats a million times, so this is just a little added bonus of throwing a 12/20# ball into the air at the same time. No biggie. 🙂
