WOD: Thruster, Burpee, SDHP

The thruster is one movement I still dread. It’s a core to extremity, heart-rate spiking exercise that leaves me feeling dizzy. BUT we have to practice what we don’t like, so here I go. Warm-up with a strength focused thruster ladder. After a cool-down and quick run, start the WOD.
