This moves quickly so really push through each exercise. Take a couple minutes break then start on the tabata row.

  1. Fun wod outside with the garage doors open and a lovely breeze. Pullups got HARD fast, especially after tearing a blister open. Could have been faster on pushups and squats. Situps were at max. The row was GREAT!
