WOD: Tabata Kettlebell Swing, Kettlebell Squat, Kettlebell Row, Deadlift

There are a lot of tabata WODs out there, but this combination is especially tough. Just when you think the deadlift is the easiest part, think again. I was sure the KB swings would be the hardest, while everything else was manageable, but it turns out keeping up with the DL’s to the end was VERY difficult. Pick a rep scheme and stick to it! Your lowest rep count will be the score for that entire exercise.
