WOD: Sprint Triathlon

Random WOD combinations prepares us for any exercise or physical task, whether weightlifting, bodyweight movements or metcons. Last year, the CrossFit games surprised everyone by introducing the sprint triathlon at the start. So many athletes had never put any time in the pool! However, most could power through due to the other aspects of training.

I NEVER swim either! But I’m going to complete this Sprint Triathlon at the Starpointe, and use that time as a benchmark for future races. Who knows, maybe I’ll head over to San Diego for some cool events later this year.
