WOD: Sit-Up, Kettlebell Swing

We did this the other day with thrusters and it packed a punch. It’s a quick WOD you can complete in a small space, but you’ll feel it the next day. Again, it’s high rep kettlebells, so watch the form and amount of weight used.

  1. Fast but I had to concentrate on form during the last three rounds. Easy to get tired and use the wrong muscles. All unbroken!
