WOD: Run, Wall-ball, Deadlift Body Weight

Classic countdown WOD. After doing the recent wall-ball WODs, this quantity of WB’s should be a piece of cake. The deadlifts will get heavy, though. Focus on your grip and starting position and never sacrifice form for time.


  1. This was a fun and tough WOD! Felt strong throughout, only a slight rest during the transition from wb to dl.

  2. Ran with my Isis dog on a cool morning. What could be better?! Hit Westar hill for some extra work.
