WOD: Run, Heavy Power Clean, Jumping Air Squats

This looks like a fun and challenging work-out! We don’t often see heavy power cleans except in the strength ladders. There are only three reps per round so go for your max weight and just take it one at a time. You can rest during those silly jumping air squats (which usually turn out to be the biggest leg burner of it all).

I’m so glad to have had the heavy PC practice w/Jen the other day. It helped my confidence so I didn’t psych myself out. Now If I could get 95# in a WOD that would be great! Landed each PC without failure. DL’s were slower than I would have liked, and I took at least one break during each set of air squats. Great WOD!

Krista, you came back w/a vengeance and BEAT me big time. Nice work, thanks for squeezing that wod in. 🙂
