WOD: Run, Handstand Walk, Pistol

This is a metcon, gymnastics combo that is a whole-body work-out. If you don’t quite have handstand push-ups, or handstand walks, there are many ways to scale. For example, try going into a handstand against the wall, and then balancing on one arm, then the other. For pistols, support yourself with one hand for full range-of-motion.
