Compare your results to the 10 minute AMRAP of deadlift/run. Keep up the intensity during the WOD by pushing through the deadlifts as fast as possible. The run will be your rest!
Had a great group out to the garage today! This was a SUPER tough WOD and by the end my lungs were burning. Love it!
