WOD: Row, V-Sit-Up, Toes-to-Bar, Sit-Up

Did you know there were so many ways to do a sit-up? And this isn’t all of them. But it’s all for today! Push through the row FAST because the sit-ups may be a bit of a rest.

  1. I’m happy with this time! The v-situps take some practice, and were one at a time. T2B were 10, then 5 at a time due to grip fatigue. 60 situps at the end were a nice cool down/rest!
