WOD: Row, Squat-Clean to Overhead, Pull-up

You could call the squat-clean to overhead a squat-clean-thruster, but this gives you the option to stop when fully standing and then do a push-jerk if necessary. Your hands may need some TLC after this one.

This was a good WOD but I had to take it easy on squat cleans due to a leg strain. Otherwise everything felt good!
