WOD: Row, Pull-Up, Box Jump

This triplet will do some serious work on your legs and shoulders. During the row, mimic the same force it takes to jump up on the box. Focus on a minimal and efficient kip during the pull-ups, and aim for a number of reps before getting to the bar.

  1. Fun WOD! Chased KQ for the rower and we each had to wait for the other a couple times. This is good, though, because when your partner is getting close to finishing their exercise, you row a lot faster. 🙂
