WOD: Rope Climb and Clean and Jerk

Rope climbing just brings out the little kid in us. When did you last climb a rope since fifth grade P.E.? Save arm strength by doing the biggest knees-to-elbows possible, and then standing up. You’ll be surprised by how few pulls are necessary if focused on efficiency. Increase the clean and jerk weight so you end up with a PR. Enjoy!
