WOD: Push Press, Overhead Squat, Sit-Up (Abmat)

Like any tough triplet, these movements will challenge the same parts of the body in different ways, three times per round. Be efficient in the push press in order to save your shoulders during the overhead squat. Meditate through those, and keep the core tight and stabilized. The abmat sit ups will be a nice “rest” but also another challenge for the core.
