WOD: Push-Press, Hang Clean, Box Jump

What I like about this WOD is that I can do it all in the garage, which is now being air conditioned. Get out the gloves because you don’t want to rip any blisters before finishing the work-out.

Perfect, quick early morning wod at the park. Used park bench for BJ’s. Push-press was tough but hang cleans felt great! Did split them up however due to forearm fatigue. Thanks to Sandra for joining me!!! 🙂
