WOD: Push Jerk, L-Pull-Up and Threshold Run

The L-pull-up isn’t very common in WODs, but there are plenty of chances to practice between rings and parallettes. If you don’t quite have the L shape with legs out, try bent knees or even legs propped on a box or in a band.
