WOD: Pull-Up (towel), Pistol, Double-Under

I love trying new or rarely used movements, and this WOD has two challenges for me. Towel pull-ups seem easy, but give your arms and grip a different effect, especially the next day. Pistols, even with assist, are a special kind of torture! Always choose form over time if these are not on your weekly rotation.
