WOD: Power Snatches and Burpees

Two core-to-extremity movements partnered in a short rep scheme. This will be all-out and brutal. After a short rest, go for a 1-mile run for time.

  1. Completed these two WOD’s back-to-back with a 1-minute rest in between. Followed them up with Grace. It was a good day for overhead lifting!
