WOD: Overhead Presses and Squats

Get ready for a core-to-extremity work-out that leaves no breathing room. Pick a weight you can sustain throughout. For example, I am not sure about the overhead squat at 60# but don’t want to be slowed down by changing weight. If I don’t change weight, I will be slow through that exercise. BUT I’ll push through and get stronger. It’s a trade-off. Have fun!
