WOD: Nasty Girls

The name says it all…it’s just three rounds, so have fun! Use 1 pull-up and 1 ring-dip to sub for muscle-ups. Warm-up with some strength work on overhead squats, and take time to rest those arms and do a little run before starting the WOD.
