There are only three movements and four rounds, but I still think this adds up to a brutal combination. Think about full range-of-motion during the squats and even aim for a wall-ball.

    I’m glad I chose this weight. Sq Cleans were difficult until they became impossible due to a strained muscle in my right leg/upper thigh. Could not get any depth after. BJ’s were about 10/10/7, Burpees were 10/10. Extremely tough wod.

    Krista, you were so fast and your sq cleans were amazing!
