WOD: Kettlebell, Burpee, Push-Up, Air Squat, Double-Under, 1 Mile Run

This is a tough WOD that requires few pieces of equipment. I did this in a hotel gym with a dumbbell and then ran on the treadmill…with a terrible result! Honestly, a hotel gym is pretty much pointless, but it’s better than nothing. The second time around was much better; outside, at the park, with a run around the lakes. Amazing! Not only did I take off a couple of minutes, it was fun.
