WOD: Helen (Benchmark)

This WOD can be extremely tough, and the heartrate will be high as usual. However, pick a movement you like best and try to relax a bit. For example, take a few slower steps at the beginning of the run, or just meditate and concentrate on breathing during the kettlebells. It’s only three rounds, though, so push through!
