WOD: Heavy Deadlift, Sit-up

It’s a max weight lift day! Sometimes you just have to go heavy. In this WOD, be sure to scale appropriately. Consider your deadlift form and have someone critique you. I am always going to push the weight at least 5 pounds from my last heavy DL WOD. Don’t go so heavy you end up bar-gazing and it puts a stop to the entire work-out.

  1. This was my heaviest weight in a WOD, and got through all DL’s unbroken except once. So happy!
