WOD: Handstand Push-Up, Pull-Up, Jumping Lunges

I can’t decide which part will be more challenging, but if I were to guess it may be the pull-ups. This will be a lot of reps over 20 minutes. Make sure those knees are kissing the ground during the lunges.
