It’s that time again, Chipper Friday. Maybe we should do chippers every day? This is a slightly scaled version of the MMA-based work-out, but it will help keep up the intensity.
Hooray! Glad to get this one done despite the HOT weather. Could do all stations in the garage except wallballs, which were done on the patio in the shade. The heat was not a problem, just a tough WOD.
