WOD: DU, Squats, Sit-ups, Push-ups, Push-press

This is an (almost) bodyweight chipper with a little weightlifing thrown in at the end. No biggie! Not the heaviest weight, but not the lightest, either. You’ll feel the intensity going into round 2, from push-press to jump rope, but take heart knowing squats and sit-ups aren’t far behind.

  1. This felt so good. The push press was tough, and I got 6/4. Wasn’t expecting to have to drop the bar! Must be the combo of push-ups in to push press. Either way, tried to make up time in the other exercises.
