If you can lift your body weight, it stands to reason you can hold it up, right? If subbing handstand walks, use either handstand push-ups or handstand holds.
I was happy to try out this WOD, but still need work on full ROM for the push-ups. It will take a lot more practice! Wow were my arms and shoulders fatigued after all those deadlifts. Fun WOD!
