Two gymnatics movements meant to tax your upper body and core strength. Fifteen minutes isn’t too long, right?
My L-sit holds were pretty weak by round 3…nearly impossible, actually. I put a small box under my feet so as they lowered I could have a quick rest then pulled them up again. Lots of work to do here.
