WOD: Burpee, Rest, Thruster, Rest

This WOD comes with built-in rests, so you know it’s brutal. Think about how fast 30 seconds goes by during the day! However, when you’re focused and giving all your effort, it’s a long time. Push hard and try to stay consistent.
VERY hard. My arms and legs were shaking. As I type, my hands and arms can barely move. 🙂 Tried to stay consistent. Round 6 and 7 were the hardest. Had great company with KQ and HB!!!
