WOD: “Annie” (Benchmark)

This WOD seems to come up several times a year. It’s a perfect vacation work-out, and you can add movements to make it more difficult. For example, if you don’t have double-unders, add a 400m run to the beginning and end, and complete singles at 3 x double-unders. You could use an abmat or GHD in place of sit-ups, or add weight to standard sit-ups.
