WOD: (Angie) Pull-Up, Push-Up, Sit-Up, Squat

Start the year with the good ol’ benchmark wod Angie. I will substitute with jumping pull-ups for about half…maybe more. No worries about substituting as long as you are going as fast as possible. My hands usually tear after 50 pull-ups and it’s just not worth it! Make a note of how many you get unbroken, and work on raising that number, even if you still have to substitute at some point.
