Every WOD is a chance to mix things up, try new combinations of movements and see how far you can push. AMRAP’s are fun because you can always tell yourself “it’s just for 10 minutes…I can do anything for 10 minutes,” even if it’s the longest 10 minutes of your life. Also puts those lazy mornings on Facebook into perspective! If we all spent just 10 minutes a day on self-improvement, where would we be?! 🙂

Use this basic format for AMRAP WOD’s when you are drawing a blank and just pick 8 or 10 of your favorite movements.
