WOD: AMRAP Push-press, SDHP, Front Squats

This is a low-weight, short AMRAP which means only one thing…you’ll be totally out of breath in the first two minutes and wonder how to keep up that pace for the remaining 10. Of course, we always manage somehow! Transitioning from SDHP to front squats can be a challenge, and that could be a good, quick rest period. Try to go from front squats into the push-press as you won’t have to reposition your hands. Enjoy!
