WOD: 3000m Bike, Kettlebell Swing, 1000m Row, Wall Ball, 800m Run, Pull-Up

We are adding some biking to the mix! I will be out on the road with my mountain bike as the trails will definitely take too much time. I wonder what kind of endurance event they are planning for the games? The rest of the WOD is old hat, but a good combination of elements. Enjoy!
Nothing better than an early morning wod to start the day. Had to sub jumping pull-ups because of 5 ripped blisters between both hands. 🙁 They are not necessarily easier! Definitely felt the burn after all those kb’s and rowing.
