  1. It was incredibly cold! The first run was tough but we warmed up quickly. I needed a tough WOD and this did the trick. Front squats were the toughest challenge, followed by loss of grip strength. Great WOD!

  2. After a 6-day break to try to get over my migraines, I am back. Tonight’s WOD had lots of parts. I finished it in a little over 30mins. I feel good that I managed my headache pain. I definitely need to work on my power clean form. I just want to lift it up with my arms, not shoulders and legs. That certainly won’t work once I increase the weight.

    I went home and stretched to give my muscles some cool down.
