WOD: 13.3 Games Open

We’ve seen this WOD last year. It combines three classic exercises in a 12 minute AMRAP that covers metcon, gymnastics and weightlifting. If you’ve already done it, then this is the time to push yourself and find out exact improvements over the past year. If it’s the first time, create a strategy and hold yourself to it! For example, if the plan is to complete 40 wb immediately, then 10 at a time, push yourself to meet that goal whether it means moving more slowly or, perhaps, taking slightly longer rests between sets.

  1. I beat my wallball time from last year by about 2 minutes and managed to squeeze in 11 pull-ups.
