WOD: 100M Repeats and Ring Dip, Box Jump, Deadlift

Endurance in the morning, and weightlifting in the evening…a perfect combination. Push through the 100m repeats as each round has a rest. The ring dips will be a bit of a rest after the box jumps and deadlifts, however body weight deadlifts will put additional strain on the grip. Gloves may not help in this one, so try to be efficient.
