WOD: 10 x 200 Run, Rest

This is such a fun WOD to do with partners. You will need the push at about round…4. Stay consistent through each lap, and try for just a few seconds variance. I used a Garmin to track laps and discovered a lot about my cadence, stride length, and vertical oscillation. There are many articles about what it all means! Check out this one to get started. Long story short, sprints help with long distance running, and efficiency when running makes you faster while exerting less effort.
