Whenever I see 10 minute AMRAP, I know the intensity level will be extremely high with no possibility of catching your breath. You can do anything for 10 minutes, right?! Enjoy!

    9 rounds + 1 Thruster Rx’d

    This was extremely tough again due to the leg strain from yesterday’s sq cleans doing “Klepto.” Krista totally killed it as she is the Thruster Queen. 🙂
