WOD: 1 mile Sandbag Run, Toes-to-Bar, Wall-balls

Thanks to Fitness Estrella for creating this brutal endurance, gymnastics and weightlifting WOD. My strategy for this was to run without stopping for 800 m, switching the bag between shoulders every 400 m. At 800 m I slowed my pace but didn’t stop. The best thing to do is just meditate on the current activity, and not think ahead to how much work is left to be done! 100 wallballs after everything else seemed daunting, but taken 10 or 20 at a time it was manageable. The best part is being done!
