Record your time for the first and second run separately, in addition to the overall WOD. Try to get a PR during that first run!
This was an AWESOME start to a Sunday. Thanks to everyone for coming out, and to KQ for the push to get us there. I still need work on the double unders…shameful! Now it’s time to kick some booty on the house chores. 🙂
