WOD: 1 Hour Endurance Run and “Nancy” (Benchmark)

It’s summer but plenty of races are up ahead in the fall. Running occasionally is nice, but I added a half-marathon training schedule to my Garmin and will be doing that in addition to the high-intensity work-outs. These are time rather than distance-related, and so they specify an easy pace. It’s nice to start in the early morning with cardio, and then do the high-intensity WOD in the evening.
