WOD: 1.25 Mile Run, Burpee, Push-Up, Air Squat, Sit-Up

Thanks to Fitness Estrella for creating this vacation WOD. It’s nice to know you can get a good work-out in anywhere, in your hotel room gym, or just in the room. There are a million ways to mix it up. In this one, arrange the exercises as you see fit, thinking about efficiency and transition times. It’s surprising how times will vary based on the order in which each piece is completed.
Fun and quick wo! My pace for the run was just at 9 min mile and that was pushing it. I have been complacent on running, especially long distances, staying around 10.5 min miles. Something to work on!
